DIRECT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

SPONSORSHIP MATCH

School Year Sponsor: This sponsorship allows for donations from a person who remains anonymous to donate items to your child throughout the school year. Many sponsors will include notes to the child with their donations.

Christmas Sponsor: This sponsorship allows an individual to donate to the child for the Christmas holiday season. The sponsorship ends after the holiday.

Supply Center: The child is not matched to a sponsor, but has access to the Kid Kare Supply Center to obtain needed material items.

*If you are matched to an individual sponsor, please be courteous and send a not of thanks to the sponsor the for the gift(s) received. if not acknowledgement for the donation(s) is received by the sponsor, the match may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the sponsor.
